Dress for Success Western Australia is a grassroots charity that is part of a global movement for change. Volunteer-powered, we empower more than 1,300 women annually with the professional clothing, career tools, and confidence they need to reach meaningful employment and a liveable wage.

In our Subiaco ‘boutique’, stocked with pre-loved clothing donated by the community, volunteer stylists create outfits to build confidence and overcome bias in job interviews and new jobs. Through regional outreach and virtual services, this styling & self-care program is available to women across WA.

Volunteer-delivered workshops and one-to-one support enable access to the advice of senior HR and recruitment professionals, to support clients to identify their skills and take their next steps towards employment.

We support our community’s most vulnerable women, for free – including victim-survivors of family & domestic violence, CALD women, women with disabilities, First National Australians, and women with caring responsibilities. All women are welcomed, including trans women and non-binary people comfortable in women’s spaces.
