The Ignite® Small Business Start Ups initiative facilitates business creation for people from refugee and migrant backgrounds who are keen to establish a small business or expand an existing one. Since opening its doors in 2013 Ignite® has helped over 1300 entrepreneurs to establish more than 300 small businesses positively impacting the Australian economy. Ignite® currently operates in New South Wales and Queensland, and since 2018, has expanded its reach to Canada.

Your donation will provide employment and income generation opportunities to individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of them newly arrived in Australia. Your investment will directly support entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals, support their families and integrate into their new home.
