Uniting Op Shop Prahran is must stop for thrifters! Our funky op shop, in the heart of Chapel Street, is an integral part of the Uniting Prahran services. Uniting Op Shops provides affordable clothing and homeware items in a welcoming and inclusive environment while providing an essential role in funding Uniting’s program delivery.

Our aim is to delight customers in a meaningful and memorable way in a contemporary environment that is positive, creative, inclusive, and fun! From creating a vibrant and dynamic space using imaginative displays of quality donations to serving and assisting customers, and working behind the scenes with sorting and tagging new stock, the Prahran is shop an ideal place to volunteer. Volunteers are at the heart of our organisation and a crucial part of our op shops. We are flexible and work to accommodate busy volunteers, ideally, you would be available 1 – 3 days per week for full-day or half-day shifts. If you like people, customer service, merchandising, fashion, have an interest in the environment, and learning new skills - any or all of the above! – then this opportunity is for you.
