Structure, discipline and living a healthy lifestyle are key to helping ex offenders stay out of prison. The TaskForce Pumped for Parole program provides ex-offenders with a structured and supported gym program. Qualified counsellors work in collaboration with experienced personal trainers to provide a program which supports ex offenders to regain confidence and rebuild their lives. TaskForce is a registered charity that has been working in the Southern region of Melbourne for over 40 years. We work with clients with multiple and often complex issues including addiction, interaction with the justice system, mental health, domestic violence and unemployment. We work with young people, adults and families.
