Life Ed Victoria reaches thousands of children across the state each year - but behind every school visit, partnership and donation is a database that keeps our work moving.

We are seeking a skilled volunteer with Salesforce experience to help us clean and optimise our CRM system.

Over time, our database has grown to more than 40,000 contacts. We currently have duplicate records, inactive contacts and duplicate or empty accounts that are impacting reporting, fundraising and engagement.

Your expertise will help us:

• Identify and merge duplicate contacts and accounts
• Remove or archive outdated records
• Improve data integrity and structure
• Recommend best-practice processes to maintain clean data moving forward

By strengthening our CRM, you will directly support our fundraising, partnerships and program delivery - ensuring we can focus more time and resources on educating children to stay safe and healthy.

Time commitment: Flexible (we anticipate this project may take approximately few weeks and can be completed remotely or in collaboration with our team). Any amount of time towards this project is appreciated. 

Your skills will help us operate more efficiently and ultimately reach more children across Victoria.
