When you first log in you will need to agree to the terms and conditions by checking the tick box and then select ‘register’.


Enter your Username/Employee ID or Work Email on this form and select ‘sign in’.

The form will auto populate with your relevant work details. You will need to enter and confirm a password to use the site. The password must be eight characters, containing one capital letter and one number.

Before you submit the form, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions by checking the tick box and then select ‘register’ in the bottom right hand corner.


What is my Employee ID?

Your Employee ID is on your ID Pass.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password” on the login page. Then enter your email address and select “Submit”.

You will receive an email which will allow you to reset your password.

What is my Employee ID?

For Optus employees, your Employee ID is on your ID Pass and is the same number that you log into EMD with.

My Employee ID doesn’t work. What should I do?

The yes4good program is only available to Optus permanent and block time employees. Unfortunately, contractors and consultants are unable to access the program at this time.

Your donations and personal details will be automatically removed once you cease being paid by Optus.
